About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sikorsky Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing processes and controls to ensure the timely submission of customer invoices and cash collection.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor the allocation of external customers across project accountants and ensure calculations and supporting documents are delivered in a timely manner
• Prepare customer invoices within the accounting system and monitor workflow across approvals and dispatch
• Submit intragroup invoices via the internal billing system and respond on queries raised
• Monitoring aged receivables reports to minimise overdue accounts and proactively following up collections

**What You Will Need:**

• Experience working in a Corporate Finance team as part of Accounts Receivable and/or Bank Reconciliation
• Hands-on experience raising transactions within accounting/ERP systems
• Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
