Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Babcock International Group is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our finance team. This part-time position involves overseeing payroll processing for employees in Mission Critical Services, where we provide critical aviation services.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic payroll systems, particularly HR3, and possess advanced Excel skills. They will also have knowledge of MS Office Suite and IFS or other ERP systems.
This role offers a great work-life balance opportunity, with 22.8 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll, maintaining staff records, coordinating superannuation payments, calculating and reconciling payroll tax, and assisting with reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for Mission Critical Services employees
- Maintain accurate staff payroll records
- Coordinate superannuation payments and reconcile payroll tax
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis

Requirements
- Experience with electronic payroll systems, preferably HR3
