Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at HOBAN.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our finance operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of fortnightly payroll, addressing complex queries, and performing data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Process pay files, manage pay-related processes, and perform system changes.
- Address complex payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave application processing.
- Meet daily targets and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, external agency employees, and clients.
- Identify and resolve issues while working independently and as part of a team.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven payroll experience, with Chris21 knowledge highly regarded.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Quick learning capability and adaptability to new systems and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
HOBAN offers a competitive salary package for this role, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
