Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this role primarily focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations within Novatech.
- Weekly payroll coordination, including responsibility for all pay-related queries and compliance.
- Comprehensive financial compliance tasks, including BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax, and Workcover reconciliations.
- End-of-month accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy through reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Maintaining accounting records' integrity, including Cash Accounts reconciliation and Fixed Asset Register management.
- Supporting the development of accounting policies, process enhancements, and internal controls.
- Providing high-level support to the Business Services Manager on financial management, data auditing, and analysis.
This is a true generalist role that requires someone who can adapt to changing responsibilities day-to-day while upholding our ELITE values of Excellence, Leadership, Innovation, Teamwork, and Experience.
