About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this role primarily focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations within Novatech.

  • Weekly payroll coordination, including responsibility for all pay-related queries and compliance.
  • Comprehensive financial compliance tasks, including BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax, and Workcover reconciliations.
  • End-of-month accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy through reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Maintaining accounting records' integrity, including Cash Accounts reconciliation and Fixed Asset Register management.
  • Supporting the development of accounting policies, process enhancements, and internal controls.
  • Providing high-level support to the Business Services Manager on financial management, data auditing, and analysis.
