We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our New South Wales Injury Management and Rehabilitation team at The Procare Group.
This role will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of existing customers, as well as developing new customer relationships. The successful candidate will report directly into the NSW State Manager and work alongside our National Head of Partnerships, with full support from our National management team.
This is a full-time role based at our head office, balanced with flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities- Accountability for overall NSW key account strategy and growth and retention.
- Account management of key clients, including the cultivation of long-lasting working relationships.
- Acting as lead point of contact for our NSW Workers Compensation claims service providers, employers, and risk management consultants.
- Driving key service deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth, and client engagement.
- Working with the wider national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
- Supporting State Manager and National Heads as commercial strategic lead, including involvement with securing and delivering NSW-based tender responses and presentations.
- Developing key NSW management teams' account capability and systems to enable growth for their regions.
- Experience working within Occupational Rehabilitation (essential).
- Previous Account/Customer Relationship experience (minimum of 3 years).
- Agent experience (desirable).
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement.
