About the Role

Mercer is seeking a highly skilled NSW State Manager to lead our investment solutions and partnerships efforts in the region.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and retention of our investment solutions across NSW and ACT.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including adviser partners, Licensees, and financial advice practices.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Associate to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding their investment objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial outcomes and client satisfaction through the distribution of investment and portfolio solutions.
  • Develop and deliver an annual sales strategy for top accounts within the state.
  • Work closely with the Adviser Service Leader to articulate and deliver on channel requirements.
  • Represent Mercer's solutions in forums such as adviser meetings and functions, client functions, PD days, solution launches, conferences, and events.
  • Provide accurate and timely maintenance of existing and emerging sales support tools.
