We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to lead our NSW/ACT State Team at Global 360. As a State Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large regional network of staff and subcontractors, overseeing the delivery of Insurance Building claims in NSW & ACT, and developing strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a large regional network of staff and subcontractors
- Oversee the delivery of Insurance Building claims in NSW & ACT
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor and develop a diverse leadership team, promoting engagement and growth
- Create and communicate a clear vision for the State's future
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, conduct WIP reviews, and prepare cost reports
- Build and maintain client confidence through effective service delivery
- Address escalated issues and manage conflicts with stakeholders
- Represent the business at client functions and networking events
- Ensure compliance with WH&S legislative and contractual requirements
- Proven experience in building management and leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in the construction and insurance industries (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with service level agreements and compliance
- Local industry contacts (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills and an empathetic approach
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- A valid motor vehicle license
