Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Foster a positive work culture, encourage teamwork, and provide mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of soft services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  3. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  4. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for soft services operations, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards pertaining to soft services operations.
  7. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing soft services operations across multiple states or regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in soft services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
