Client Relationship Manager

At State Street, we're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Relationship Management team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth, identify new revenue opportunities, and enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- 7+ years of experience in a Relationship Management or similar role, preferably in the financial services or software industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for client relationships and business outcomes.
