Swissotel Sydney, a renowned five-star hotel in the heart of Sydney's CBD, is looking for an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary team.
Job Description:
- As a Food & Beverage Manager at Swissotel Sydney, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our discerning guests.
- You will work closely with our Director of Hotel Operations, Executive Chef, and wider hotel management team to achieve our hotel goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead an opening team that can execute our full offering to the highest standard.
- Implement and uphold BOH, FOH, and hotel systems to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop a culture of quality through training, leadership, and presence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Hands-on, guest-focused, and able to lead by example.
- Strong understanding of budget, payroll, and fiscal management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Hold a valid work right to work full-time in Australia.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
