Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Train and mentor a team of chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
- Collaborate with management on special events and menu planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role.
- Strong culinary skills, particularly in menu planning and execution.
- Expertise in managing kitchen operations.
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Passion for using fresh, local ingredients.
Earn an estimated salary of $90-100k per year in this rewarding position.
