We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Westfield Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Italian cooking and want to take their career to the next level.
About the Role:
- To lead our culinary operations team, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
- To work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
- To oversee the inventory management, ordering, and stock control of all food and beverage items.
- To ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

Requirements:
