About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our client's strategic marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving growth through robust paid media strategies and optimizing performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across performance, paid media, brand, and social.
  • Lead and optimize our paid media efforts, advising agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Manage external agencies and deliver strategic briefs.
  • Strategize the paid function to ensure optimal growth, managing the entire budget.
  • Analyze data to continually improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Marketing department, including Brand, Social, and growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Sales department for strategic growth strategy.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years' experience in a Senior Marketing Management role.
  • Extensive, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, including Paid Search, Social Media, CRO, and Data Analytics.
  • Strong focus on achieving measurable results, with a deep understanding of ROI and ROAS objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire remote teams.
  • Background in eCommerce, property, or educational sales is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with a thick skin, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
