Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Aristocrat Leisure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with key clients, driving customer success, and managing customer contracts and support issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
    • Serve as the daily point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Customer Success Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a joint success plan with clients to meet and exceed customer goals and objectives.
    • Lead initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of products and services, aligning with customer expectations and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer challenges, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Market Strategy and Contract Management:
    • Drive competitive market strategy, staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.

  • Support and Issue Management:

  • Business Performance Insights:
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for business performance enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis.

  • Best Practices Documentation:
    • Document and share best practices with the team and the broader customer organization.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the customer success team.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of account management experience and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of leading an iLottery team, the Lottery and other vendor partnerships for account management relationships.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with contract management and understanding of SLAs.
  • Knowledge of competitive market strategies and industry trends.
Travel Expectations:

Up to 50%

Pay Range:

$165,377-$307,130

Pay Rate Type:

Salary

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
