Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that align with Aruma's mission and values
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to craft and execute campaigns that enhance our brand's visibility and resonate with our audience
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify our message and mission
  • Drive business growth through innovative marketing and communications initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and community leaders
About You
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
  • Expert in modern marketing and communications strategies, with a passion for innovation
  • Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages to a diverse audience
