Client Support Specialist

About the Role
At Gallagher Bassett, we're seeking a Client Associate to join our Client Management team. As a Client Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client support, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality service, maximize retention, and improve performance.
- Client Meetings: Attend client meetings and quarterly reviews to build networks, enhance skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the client services function.
- Inquiry Handling: Handle and triage client inquiries and ad hoc requests via email and phone, updating Salesforce as necessary.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to meet client demands, coordinate client meetings, and document notes and actions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce data, manage client renewals, and document complaints and incidents per company guidelines.
About You
We're looking for an effective communicator with strong client engagement and exceptional service delivery skills. Workers compensation claims management experience and knowledge of Salesforce system are highly desirable.
