Job Title: Client Support and Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Client Support and Operations Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a Client Support and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our sales teams in delivering revenue by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and exceptional customer service delivery.
About the Role:
- You will process orders, coordinate media schedules, deliver successful client campaigns, and facilitate administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations and meet and exceed client expectations.
- You will measure client satisfaction through feedback surveys, ratings, and testimonials, monitoring response and resolution times, order processing efficiency, client retention, media schedule compliance, CRM data accuracy, and administrative task completion rates.
- You will have experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, and generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheet and presentation formats.
About You:
- You have experience in providing administrative support to sales teams, preferably in a client-facing role, and delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- You possess strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail, and have experience in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheet and presentation formats.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
