As a Financial Services Client Support Specialist at FNZ Group, you will play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for valued clients. Your responsibility will encompass a wide range of client interactions, including inbound and outbound phone calls, written communication, and product information.

This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity that demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently educate clients on available products and services, articulating complex issues in a clear manner.
  • Respond promptly to incoming omnichannel communication.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support service delivery.
  • Swiftly identify client issues and provide relevant solutions, sometimes requiring escalation.
  • Maintain high standards of service while adhering to our KPI and SLA framework.
  • Collaborate with various business units to achieve desired outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail to comprehend customer inquiries and provide complete responses.
  • Good organizational skills to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Natural curiosity, adaptability to change, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with different business units and think creatively to achieve positive client outcomes.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain high-quality performance metrics.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Client Service Centre or high-service-level environment is preferred.
  • Display a warm and friendly image, maintaining a positive demeanor when dealing with diverse clients.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including telephone etiquette.
  • Rapid acquisition of detailed knowledge of investments and procedures specific to this role.
  • Prior experience within the finance industry is advantageous, and having RG146 or tertiary education is desirable.
