About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our Health and Personal Injury team on a 6-month contract basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support, processing a high volume of payment requests while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ensuring seamless interactions with Client Relationship Managers.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and sound communication and problem-solving abilities. You should be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and have experience working in a complex administration environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payment requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support Client Relationship Managers with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Trustee industry or a similar sector
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
