Administrative Support Coordinator for Faith Education

Perth, Western Australia Centre for Faith Enrichment Full time

The Centre for Faith Enrichment, a leading adult faith education agency in Perth, seeks an experienced Support Officer to join their team. This permanent, part-time position offers 30.4 hours of work per week, spread across Tuesday to Friday.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CFE office. This includes general administration duties and managing the facilities within the Centre. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for initial queries related to facility coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader. Experience with MYOB software is also essential. Strong organizational skills and good interpersonal and communication skills are required. Additionally, you must have a valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver's Licence, and proof of Right to Work in Australia.

A competitive salary package is offered, estimated at around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Catholic Archdiocese of Perth is committed to the Safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
