
Strategic Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities- Deliver on key sponsorship agreements while proactively driving commercial outcomes and fresh ideas.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partners ensuring they get the very best from their rights and benefits.
- Lead the planning and execution of partner activations from concept through to delivery.
- Partner with internal teams to unlock strategic leverage and integration opportunities.
- Create compelling partner presentations and reports that showcase success and spark future initiatives.
This role is ideal for an experienced account manager with:
- 3–5 years' experience in sales/marketing/sponsorship management/digital/media/agency
- A strong understanding of or experience with commercial media/marketing initiatives and developing reports
- Competence in a range of computer programs and budget management
- A team-focused approach
As a key member of our team you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior account managers to manage and develop partner relationships ensuring our partners achieve their goals.
