We are seeking a strategic business professional to join our team as Business Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-performing teams, drive marketing-led growth, and deliver innovative solutions for clients.

About the Role

The Business Director will be responsible for working across multiple brands, building strong client partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective campaign execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and managing a team to deliver exceptional results with a focus on return on investment and consumer insight
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Leading the development of innovative media and data-driven solutions that drive marketing-led ROI
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and media owners
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a media agency or publishing/media sales environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and results orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with others
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive market and media industry knowledge, with a focus on FMCG brands
