Do you want to become a subject-matter expert for an industry leader in the concrete division?
We are seeking a customer-focused sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in our Milton office.
Your day will involve:
- Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral's small to medium-sized client base
- Developing new business opportunities and growing the existing business
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Serving as a brand ambassador for our market-leading portfolio of products
- Maintaining accurate customer databases with up-to-date client details and sales records
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position, or within a customer service centre environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes to collective success
- Proficiency in computer skills is required; prior experience with CRM systems and data entry is highly desirable

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary ranging from AU$60,000 to AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
