About the Role
Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Business Development professional to join our client in Richlands for a permanent role.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and contributing to the company's profitability by servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects via phone, email, and trade counter support.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing customer inquiries through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Providing external sales executive support with sales leads, quotes, and orders.
- BUILDING AND DEVELOPING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through strong customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Assisting with product support and resolving basic issues faced by customers while advising on product solutions.
- Identifying opportunities and producing leads for the sales force.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest product developments.
- Contributing to the improvement culture of the company.
Requirements
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- High integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in Fasteners, Industrial Supplies, and/or Hardware industries is highly valued.
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights.

- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
