About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing new account relationships, selling targeted FIS products and services, and driving sales growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell products and services to identified key accounts and develop new account relationships.
- Develop and maintain a network of prospects and initiate contact with prospective customers.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver.
- Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meet sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong experience selling to the FSI industry.
- Strong experience selling software or solutions.
- Strong experience in either payments or core banking solutions preferred.
- Experience in successful sales and complex deals/contract negotiations with major Australian banks preferred.
- Relentless persistence to overcome challenges and a collaborative mindset.
