Calvary Care is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning and Optimization Lead to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in workforce planning and analytics to lead our efforts in optimizing workforce deployment, forecasting, and reporting. As the successful candidate, you will play a critical role in aligning our workforce strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff allocation based on resident care needs and support Home Managers and Roster Support Teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Develop and maintain capacity plans for operational teams, including FTE, productivity measures, and forecasted staffing changes.
  • Audit rosters and requested changes to assess compliance with regulatory and workforce models, funding and budgets.
  • Review Aged Care Quarterly Financial Reporting data and liaise with finance and data teams as required to gain approvals and sign off.
  • Provide strategic insights to National Executive Advisor Aged Care for operational delivery.
  • Develop knowledge materials and provide training to required team members and stakeholders on processes and services developed.

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrable data analysis, process mapping, and insights generation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in workforce planning and applying workforce analytics methodologies to solve complex business challenges and drive operational improvements.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in an analyst/reporting position, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
