Salary

Based on industry standards and the location of our Mascot Corporate Campus, we offer a competitive salary package of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The Business Operations Specialist - Workforce Optimization will be responsible for creating and optimizing crew pairings and rostering to attain optimal operational consistency and reduce expenses. This role requires strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, data analysis and presentation skills, as well as the ability to identify key insights and develop strategic options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize crew pairings and rostering to achieve operational consistency and cost savings
  • Analyze and interpret numerical data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in workforce planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills and experience with MS Office, including Excel
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Finance, Logistics, or Aviation (desired but not essential)
