Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Director of Human Resources. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering human resources policies, processes, and procedures throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the hotel's internal HRIS systems, Learning Management System (LMS), and online database
  • Provide consultation and collaboration to manage a workforce and build positive relationships throughout the hotel
  • Oversee and deliver corporate and local human resources policies, processes, and procedures
  • Communicate directly with Shangri-La Corporate Office to ensure sustained compliance
  • Prepare statistical reporting on all aspects of the Human Resources function periodically

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of employee and industrial relations
  • Previous experience in a senior human resources management role, with International Chain Hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and related software applications
