About the Role

The Human Resource Manager will lead and manage the Human Resources functions to support the organization's mission by attracting, developing, and retaining talent. This role partners with senior leaders to continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and HR processes, ensuring alignment with contemporary practices and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and industrial relations
  • Drive initiatives to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workforce
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and improve recruitment and HR processes

Requirements
  • Experience as a human resources advisor or manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Good knowledge of employment relations
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Capacity to travel to schools within the Diocese
  • Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
  • Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
