Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and other employee entitlements.
  • Colleague Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and job satisfaction.
  • Industrial Relations: Manage relationships with employee unions, negotiate collective agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and achievement.
  • Corporate Office Reporting: Provide regular reports to the corporate office on HR-related matters, including employee engagement, turnover, and other key metrics.
  • Workers Compensation: Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced knowledge of employee and industrial relations.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
