Responsibilities
Our recruitment consultants are responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus is to support your network as a true recruitment business partner and support them in headhunting talent that will enable them to build high-performing teams. Responsibilities in this role include Recruitment, Business Growth, Client Relationship Management, and Talent Relationship Management. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is looking for a supportive environment that will enable them to grow to their best potential and develop their business acumen and leadership capabilities. We recruit in Executive, Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Insurance, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Services, Data & Analytics, Technology.

Requirements
Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)
  • Looking to develop your business acumen and strategic capability
  • Strong proactive sales experience
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results to clients
  • Strong evidence of billing capability
  • Collaborative in nature
  • Hungry to grow and thrive
