Job Title: Executive Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team. As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus will be on supporting your network as a true recruitment business partner, helping them find top talent to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Identify, attract, and engage top talent to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Foster relationships with top talent to ensure they're aware of our services and can be recruited when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)
  • Strong pro-active sales experience
  • Experience in management client relationships and managing deliverables to clients
  • Strong evidence in billing capability
  • Collaborative in nature
  • Hungry to grow and thrive
