Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner

At REO Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus will be to support your network as a true recruitment business partner and help them find the best talent to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Business Growth
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Talent Relationship Management

We are looking for a recruitment professional with a minimum of 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment. You should have a strong proactive sales experience, experience in managing client relationships, and a proven track record of billing capability. If you are a collaborative and hungry individual looking to grow and thrive, we want to hear from you.
