**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment and Business Growth
- Client Relationship Management and Talent Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain a network of hiring managers and talent
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment
- Strong proactive sales experience
- Experience in managing client relationships and deliverables
- Strong billing capability
