**Responsibilities**

  • Recruitment and Business Growth
  • Client Relationship Management and Talent Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain a network of hiring managers and talent

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment
  • Strong proactive sales experience
  • Experience in managing client relationships and deliverables
  • Strong billing capability
