As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will work collaboratively within your team to execute on strategic business growth plans and contribute to the broader business strategy. Your focus will be to support your network as a true recruitment business partner and help them in headhunting talent that will enable them to build high-performing teams.
Requirements
This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is looking for a supportive environment that will enable them to grow to their best potential and develop their business acumen and leadership capabilities. You will need to have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment, with a strong background in business development, candidate management, and job management. You should also have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results to clients.
