The Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including maintaining and refining internal processes, managing communication with internal and external clients, and inspecting properties as needed.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the business, including coordinating social media and email campaigns.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Director to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
The Candidate
  • Hold a strong administration background in Real Estate, with a current Certificate of Registration.
  • Provide exceptional service, efficiency, and processes, with a high standard of customer service and strong communication skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
