About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Executive Recruitment Partner to join our award-winning team at REO Group. As a recruitment expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice.
  3. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using recruitment software and tools.
