Responsibilities

Our recruitment consultants are responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus is to support your network as a true recruitment business partner and support them in headhunting talent that will enable them to build high-performing teams.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)

Looking to develop your business acumen and strategic capability

Strong proactive sales experience

Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results to clients

Strong evidence of billing capability

Collaborative in nature

Hungry to grow and thrive
