Job Description


As an Equipment Claims Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all customer and company warranty needs are met with efficiency and effectiveness.


In this role, you will be integral to upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Process and evaluate warranty claims submitted by customers, service teams, and dealer network partners.
  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranty coverage, procedures, and claim status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including relevant documentation, communication, and resolutions.
  • Work closely with service departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to coordinate warranty repairs and replacements.
  • Assist customer service with technical information, product specifications, and warranty issues.
  • Provide end-user support with enquiries via specific Toro platforms.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • Warranty experience is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners.
  • A valid Australian motor vehicle license.
