Strategic Trade Marketing Lead for Wholesale Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Trade Marketing Lead to join our team within Professional Solutions (Wholesale). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic trade marketing plans to support our EssilorLuxottica customers within the Optical Channel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with internal sales teams and product & brand managers to execute impactful trade marketing campaigns in our customers' practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade marketing/in-store marketing, a proven track record of driving results, and previous experience managing a small team. The successful candidate will spearhead the creation and implementation of best-in-market trade marketing plans, including window campaigns, in-store visibility, and permanent fixture execution. They will mentor and motivate a team of three direct reports, develop programs and services for key customers to drive incremental business, and manage trade incentive programs to boost sales.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will enjoy a generous yearly product allowance, wellness amenities, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
