About Key Account Executives
Csl Australia's Commercial Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to drive revenue and profit growth for promoted therapies in the rare diseases landscape. This key role involves managing a defined territory, building strategic relationships with key healthcare professionals, and delivering account outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and implement account plans to achieve targets and grow business in the assigned territory.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with key customers through regular face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on funding models that impact product use and navigate the complexities of the Australian healthcare system.
- Secure hospital formulary listings and protocol changes within target hospitals by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilise the C360 territory management system to plan and execute efficient territory strategies and maximise sales potential.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, market environment, and competitor intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales as a primary care representative and 2 years as a specialist representative preferably in Neurology.
- Tertiary qualification in health, science, or pharmacy.
- Detailed understanding of the Australian healthcare system and its evolving trends.
- Extensive clinical/medical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Ability to interpret complex clinical data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in strategic account management and territory planning tools.
