We are seeking a motivated and proactive A&D Representative to join our Commercial Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the specification pipeline within the NSW territory.
This role offers opportunities to learn and grow through hands-on experience, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a robust specification pipeline.
- Engaging with architects, designers, and key stakeholders to promote products.
- Conducting market research on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for the NSW territory.
- Preparing regular sales activity and market insight reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with interior products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of the specification process.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Innovative with a track record of developing creative solutions.
