As a strategic territory leader, you will oversee the execution of business objectives within a designated geographical area. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a territory strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drives growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • You will own the territory's sales performance, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • You will possess in-depth knowledge of our products' solutions and their differentiation from competitors.
  • You will actively engage with customers through local trade events and speaking engagements to promote our offerings.
  • You will ensure all team members complete necessary training during onboarding and product updates.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and nurture them effectively.
  • You will maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular reporting for the assigned territory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry, preferably with experience in ERP, SCM & Distribution.
  • Able to sell complex solutions to various stakeholders, including business, technical, and IT professionals.
  • Experience in long-cycle strategic selling is highly desirable.
  • Decisive and action-oriented attitude, with the ability to drive issue resolution.
  • Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and identify key positions for each new project.
  • Strong relationships with senior management of target markets are essential.
