Service Excellence Manager
This position involves ensuring high standards of hospitality and service are maintained across all property operations. The Service Excellence Manager represents the property management team in resolving any guest or property-related issue.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintains a strong working relationship with various departments to support property operations and goals.
- Communicates variations to established norms to the relevant department in a timely manner.
- Sends a daily report to all departments.
- Fosters an environment where excellent customer service is prioritized and ensures compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
- Empowers staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provides immediate assistance to guests as requested and sets a positive example for guest relations.
- Handles guest problems and complaints, ensuring employees understand customer service expectations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
- Alternatively, a diploma and 4 years of experience in the same areas.
