  • Provides immediate assistance to guests as requested and sets a positive example for guest relations.
  • Handles guest problems and complaints, ensuring employees understand customer service expectations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
  • Alternatively, a diploma and 4 years of experience in the same areas.
