This vital role is part of our Ladies and Gentlemen team, responsible for supporting the Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assigning rooms according to guest requests and preferences.
- Handling hotel enquiries.
- Assisting with billing and room allocation.
As a Service Experience Agent, you will embody the legendary service that makes us a leading luxury brand. You will be an expert on the luxury hotel and surrounding area, exceeding guest expectations and building strong relationships with existing and new guests.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience with property management systems, relevant experience in a similar role, and working rights in Australia. You should be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and smart solutions.
