Job Title: Guest Experience ExpertJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with check-in and departure processes, handling guest calls and general enquiries with a smile. You will also build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with personalized service and support.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will support the Front Office team with operational tasks, take guest reservations, and perform cash handling responsibilities. You will also be an expert on the hotel and surrounding area, able to provide recommendations and directions to guests.

You will be responsible for assigning rooms according to guest requests and preferences, verifying and adjusting billing for guests, and responding to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
