We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our Front Office team.
About the Job
The Concierge is responsible for responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services, gathering and providing information to guests about property and surrounding area amenities, and answering and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning)
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property and surrounding area amenities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
Requirements:
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor
- A driver's license
- Availability to work weekends and night shifts
