We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert who is passionate about providing world-class service to our discerning travelers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Guest Services team with general operational tasks
- Developing a thorough understanding of the hotel and surrounding area to provide expert recommendations to guests
- Assigning rooms according to guest preferences and requests whenever possible
- Handling general enquiries and providing service excellence to our experienced travelers
- Assisting with verifying and adjusting billing for guests while following up on their questions and requests
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings
Requirements:
- Experience with property management systems or similar
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiasm to grow and develop your career
- Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment
