We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert who is passionate about providing world-class service to our discerning travelers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Guest Services team with general operational tasks
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the hotel and surrounding area to provide expert recommendations to guests
  • Assigning rooms according to guest preferences and requests whenever possible
  • Handling general enquiries and providing service excellence to our experienced travelers
  • Assisting with verifying and adjusting billing for guests while following up on their questions and requests
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings

Requirements:

  • Experience with property management systems or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm to grow and develop your career
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment
