Job Responsibilities- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.
- This role involves developing strategies for new business development, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer base.
- You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
- You will need to estimate and prepare detailed proposals and quotations for projects and on-going business.
- You will meet with key customers, assisting and directing state sales representatives to new and existing customers.
- You will create and develop strategic multiple channel sales plans and realistic forecasts to achieve national objectives.
Have a Trade certificate or Engineering degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar sales role – selling products and services within the resources, manufacturing, building or engineering markets.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to negotiate and drive new opportunities with persistence.
Excellent technical knowledge of estimating and quoting within the multi-segment industries.
Ability to travel 60% of the time.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
