Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, developing menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a senior chef role within a hotel or restaurant environment. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing menus that meet customer demands and preferences;
  • Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency;
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior chef role within a hotel or restaurant environment;
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team;
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices;
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
